What is Science? If you can't answer these questions, then You haven't read Hobbes and your not worth talking to about Hobbes. You are... epic fail
What's funny is, you don't seem to even understand the basic outline of Hobbes. You confuse a state of nature with his political society, you can't seem to argue without ad hominum attacks. You may disagree with people's nature, however, you never offer any evidence to the contrary.
What's civil war? Divided Sovereignty.

Simply not agreeing with something is not in itself an argument. Your also misstating Hobbes by saying the his argument was that "everything humans do is out of self interest". His argument is a 'bit' more complex for you, obviously. One only has to turn to Somalia, to see how humans are in nature. Oh, I forgot youre uneducated in international relation theory.
