in fact, pangeasoft has one the best help services in the world. once i had a problem with a game, so i sent an e-mail and i got a great useful answer in about a minute

Did you call her back and say, "Hey lady, we were selling 18,000 copies of Enigmo a day, we honestly don't need to swindle your son out of $10." As an aside Brain, you deserve your success, I remember when you were practically alone as a Mac OS game dev. I tip my hat to you sir. (Wait 'til you see my next iOS app, maybe I'll yet join you as a truly successful indie dev)

@thetechgeneration Yeah, the "I'm calling the cops" thing nearly killed me I was laughing so hard when I first heard it. The whole voicemail got funnier and funnier every time I listed to it that day. I kept finding new things that amused me, especially: "It's a game." WTF?
@vargonian It ended with me writing her an *email* saying how much we all enjoyed her voicemail at the office, and so I was refunding her $ and the games were now free. She tried to call again, but I didn't want to talk to her for fear of it ruining the Zen her previous message put me in.
