As a couple other comments said, this is Musical Youth. It is Pass the Dutchee for most of the song. At the beginning, they mixed another Musical Youth song for about 38 seconds. I don't know what the first song is called. Musical Youth, as far as I know, had two major albums made. They are from England. People in Hawaii still play there music. Pass the Dutchee and a song called, "Youth of Today" seem to be their most popular songs. By the way, it is Reggae, not Raggae. Aloha.

OMG this was a big hit in the early eighties. I still have a couple tapes with it on. These are kids singing but it was also sung by adults..

"Pass the dutchie" on the left hand side. I may have it spelled wrong but it means a splif of ganga, and if you don't know what that is, well....

A group are standing around smoking up and passing the 'dutchie' around... as one does...
