I absolutely love Paula's Choice. right now, I'm still trying to figure out how to get the best skin possible. I had things perfect but I wasn't using a sunscreen (bad, I know). When I added in the sunscreen (not PC--her non-chemical sunscreens aren't high enough spf) my skin changed--got oily again. Right now, my skin is oily and flakey...but no acne at least. I might try the aha that you've had luck with. I've only been using bha.
@sharpelbows I'm not the best with sunscreen. The only protection (other than foundation) I get is the daily mattifying lotion. It has a SPF of 15. Best of luck to you! :)
Great vid :) I have used the Beautypedia website for years, especially when I am on the fence about a product and want to know whether or not it actually works. I find Paula helps to cut through the marketing and hype - in case you get carried away with something, esp if it has been on YT. Have a nice day.
@Ashley: Question: do you spot treat at night? That's not mentioned in your night time routine. And, do you do anything different the next morning after you use the weekly resurfacing treatment? I have just started Paula's choice products. Very satisfied with the results and just after 3 months. I too have acne and the results have been remarkable. Thank you for this video. Very helpful. @NikkiImDaOneDarling no spot treating in the evening. I just let the AHA do its job. When I'm being really good about my skincare, I only get a few spots during "that time." I feel like the AHA has also really helped blackheads.
I use the normal routine the morning after the weekly resurfacing treatment.

I got the paulas choice body treatment. I used it for the first time today. I liked the way is soaked in, no fragrance, and it was light weight. Hopefully I will see an improvement soon, instead of a spotty bumpy, red mess on my arms and legs. If I remember I will update you in a few weeks. I use the SPF15 daily mattifying lotion myself, and it's the first mattifying moisturizer I have ever used that does a great job at mattifying AND moisturizing.
I loved this video, Ash! I used to have problem skin throughout the years & the only thing that ended up working for me was accutane, the most drastic treatment of all! I've spent years looking for products to use everyday & haven't found anything that I'm crazy about.
