  • That's not 360 because the arms of the machine are independent from each other. It would be like saying I pressed 100lbs because I pressed 50lb dumbbells. Good job though

  • i normally do bench i do jus do under 200kg iwas at a different gym today and tried this machine the handles are really weird and i struggled to get in it for the first rep but it gave me a good pump didnt go as heavy as bench press but doubt it i cud handles too strange im sure this is decline

  • Garbage, this machine has nothing on flat bench and you know it. Real numbers are done on the bench, not on an ego boosting machine. I can rep 6 plates each side on that and thats why I don't even bother using machines anymore, they suck.

  • Yes it is more of a decline. It is mostly lower chest.
