Okay, Yes, it is historically factual that Halloween was originated from satanic rituals and such, but nowadays, it's not satanic-centered anymore (at least, it's not mostly) so 'celebrating' halloween is not celebrating the satanic practices. Just as Christmas is no longer a time of celebration (necessarily, in an overall view) of Christ's Birth, but more of 'just another holiday' celebration. I will not partake in "dressing up" even if some people say its innocent and for fun and at least they arent participating in the wicked this and that... My view is that anytime you dress up you are participating in the holiday because that is what all the secular nonChrisitans are doing.

Church events which help bring kids off the street are great events, but I will not dress up if I go and help out.

Friday the 13th and 3AM are considered Satanic times of worship, they're impossible to avoid, but is it evil to be alive on Friday the 13th or 3AM? No. The people celebrating halloween are not taking part in a satanic holiday, they are simply having fun collecting candy, with the intention to scare away evil spirits with scary costumes.
