Hi guys! This is my little tribute to steve harris. In this video I play to tame
a land from piece of mind album, with my fender precision made in mexico and my gallien krueger bass amp. If you are intrested see my video and read on the page for more information. Click on my account, see my performance and post your comment. Thank you and Iron Maiden gonna get you!!!
hey man i love that tune it isnt an easy one to do all through, ive seen different variations of the second intro riff, the one you do looks right to me.That one part after the words "he has the power to make it all end"then a little after the hard part comes in sounded improvised but who cares it was a damn good go at it.
a tip for the hard part at about 4:20: start slow and don't rake your fingers. it's hard and it's less efficient, but after weeks (or in my case months) of practice it should solidify. just keep it slow...in the end it'll be really strong and you'll get the slap effect on every note. just play what the guitars play.
however, great job on the harmony and stuff. you picked it out much better than me and very solid playing. keep it up!
best maiden song ever, shame they never play it live!

thanks dude. Steve Harris is great in that regard. Good stuff to practice on. Good for building up fingers.

Fuckinay now here's a song I don't think anyone would have covered! Nice going man, I'm particularly fond of this song and the bassline.
