In the acension zombie map when you help the main zombie crew and complete the glitch you get the acheivement "sending to paradise" or something. Shangri La is probable the paradise that you sent the crew to but it ended up not being the paradise that was foretold of.  Madposter1016

The Zombie maps aren't done the WAW people's story had ended. Richtofen has everything he needs to achieve World Domination. The Golden Rod(Call of the Dead Easter Egg), the DG2, Monkey Bombs, Thunder Gun, Gersch Devices, and the Focusing Stone(Shangri La Easter Egg).

In Call of the Dead when you're doing the Easter egg u transport the 4 main characters (Dempsey, Ritchtofen, Nikolai, Takeo) to paradise as said in the acheivement for doin so. Shangri La's definition is "paradise". So some of it is in some order. and in world at war everything goes to chronilogical starting at shi no numa ending at kino der untoten. Then picks up at Call of the Dead and so on
