  • I remember when this stuff was my life... i SOOOO suck at it now.. If you were in LA i would take lessons from you!!

  • @Thamaddrumma

Yo man I remember when it was my life too! I gave up a lot of the marching stuff to focus on set and more specifically jazz. It was cool to have snare chops but it wasn't cool when you'd come back from practicing feeling as if a metal bar was shoved up your forearm. That shit hurt!

  • You have a great talent there.. don't waste it!

  • how do people get so good at rudiments and such this is amzing

  • Comment removed

  • you crossed your sticks pretty cool

  • Ivan Pacheco I & E Solo

    told you !!

  • dude you stole those beats omg

dont say you wrote the solo when you

just stole it from someone else

  • Dude, I gave credit to the guys I learned stuff from in the video credit. I KNOW I STOLE THAT STUFF FROM THEM!!! Not once did I say that all this stuff was made and composed by me so please stop being a jackass and calm down. kthx

  • Your sick...U did what champions did older than you and good.I dnt care if u messed up i would of dropped my sticks tryna do wat u did

  • Bro youre badassss.

if you wrote that shit down, lemme know.

    i wanna learn it.

    then grow my hair out..

  • he cut his hair.

  • this just shatters my universe..

  • Yo Seefy! It's Evan Young from back at SBHS! haha. I saw your video linked to that Blue Devils I&E Snare Drum video and I was like, MAN! I HAVENT SEEN YOU IN A FLIPPIN' LONG TIME! Awesome video man! I'm trying to be more competent in Snare Drum lately so I'll talk to you soon.

  • great solo! nice try with the spida toss toward the end....

  • Dude! This is rad as f**K! Keep it up! AWESOME! The pad tells all!!!!!!!!

  • gr8, love the tricks but what would make it even better would be to have a bit more dynamics in there however i no it isnt easy to get brill volume changes for a recording on a practice pad, nice one =]

  • wow

  • I know i sound like a jerk when i say this but i HATE it when people take other peoples material and use it for themselves. especially on solos. i mean its a solo...come up with YOUR own stuff.

  • well ok, sorry i sounded so mean dude. can you do his one hand trick.

  • I think you're talking about the one where he passes the stick between his hands and plays a triplet roll. Yeah, I know how to do that one, took some practice

  • ya, i dont play as much as i use to when i was in hs. before mickey showed me how to do that, i couldnt figure out that last note before switching to the other hand. cause you first do the triplet part than hit it with the back of your sick, the hit again, then while you grab it with your other hand hit it again and repeat. i can do it very slow but i'm no expert. how did you figure out his solo anyway. do you know mickey?

  • Heh, I wish i knew the dude. I just looked at his solos from PASIC and learned the tricks he did by slowing his patterns down and watching them. I did that with most of the stuff that I played in that solo that was made up from other people.

  • thats cool. he went to etsu and teaches at the high school he went to. and the high school that i went to my band director goes to church with mickey. so luckly he was or drum instructor. and i took lessons from him to be section leader my senior year. i havent seen him in about 3 years. his sophmore year in high school he made like next to center snare in drum corps with is pretty good. you would be amazed just watching him play.

  • You couldn't match up to mickey burmer. I know that guy. He was my high school drum instructor. and i took lessons from him. Your technique sucks.

  • never said I could match up with him. Mickey is sick and could rip me up in a heartbeat. For what it's worth though, I've gotten better since then technique wise ^^. My heights back then were wayyy too high and I forced some stuff out near the end. But still, I could still use work for sure.

  • AHH!!! Yeah!! This is aweosme. Hair and playing are freaking balling.

Woo!!! Opening segment and groove near end are my favorite.

  • dude your a lil BADASS , great run!

    you in highschool?

  • Nice run!!

    How old are you??

  • that was pretty good. i realize it was from a year ago, but how old are you? like now. oh and you didnt need a haircut. it looked good. lol

  • all I have to say is, go try out for a D1 line, if you can half-ass march

  • whoa!!

  • dude u didnt not put it together dumbass som parts r from ivan pacheco snare solo

  • There is a difference between putting together and making up. Go home, stop trolling, I credited them in the description.

  • Dude ur dragging, tap dragging and triplet rolling everything! LoL.....U need a teacher. That micky burmer part where u drop the stick is played in herta`s....such a fake.

  • howd u do in the competition...btw im sams friend..hes good

  • damn man you are really good, keep it up, and go out for DCI

  • ur good. :)

  • i think you're dreamy.

  • Dude, how old are you? Your amazing. I love the Ivan part, but you need to go "OHHHH!!" Right before you start the hand drumming part. xD

  • fuck, you suck.

  • fuck, ur gay

  • nice foo

  • Blue Devil's Stick Toss?

  • yepp 04'

  • Dude, you're fucking amazing. One of the best I've seen on here.

  • nice dude, cool sticking patterns,

  • LMAO

Mayne yo vid is raw as hell, and Im really liking your pad what kind is it, those fucking RIM SHOTS sounded like GunShots DUTDUT-DAT!! Some height problems which can more than likely be worked out just by bringing those inner beats down a little otherwise monster chops. How long have you been playing? And are you trying out for a corp cause if you can play in a line your golden...

  • also, right after you put the stick on the ground you gotta go, "OHHHH!!" then start with the hand drumming part. :-]

  • hahaha yea man I remember that part. I didn't wanna do it though cuz Ivan is too cool and im just kinda...brown

    :(

  • Very nice. I really liked that first Ivan part you had. The end was weak compared to the rest of the solo (but still amazing). Good luck with the compitetion.

  • Nice, lovin the double ups and cheeses, but I wasn't quite diggin some of the heights on your flam rudiments. Alot of them were pretty equal in height, try keeping the beads of the other stick down when bringing up the other.

  • HECK YES YOU CAN SUBSCRIBE TO MY VIDS!! AND SHO ME SOM STUFF!!!

  • Dude that was awesome

  • one of the best choppers that i've seen...that's terrific

  • Terrific speed and great skill!!!

  • damn dude, lol, I am doing a solo similar to that; a compilation of all the "great's" tricks and techniques, (including the "death drop"), for one of my school's assemblies that My buddy and I are opening in the main gym... it's gonna be awesome!! where are you from?

  • Freakin sweeeeet! 5 Stars buddy :D
