I think the way you deliver your exercises is exceptionally poor, your use of EDIP is non existant. I'm sorry to say this, but to tell you the truth, I don't really like your form while preforming these exercises. You swing your body on every exercise and the way you do the shoulder presses is dangerous because you're locking your elbows, and whatever you're doing with the two plates in your hands is gonna send somebody to the hospital.
to be strong and big train with heavy weights. Have you ever seen a big well build guy lifting 5kg dumbbell? start with the heaviest weight then cut down till you find ur maximum. keep increasing weight to ur maximum every week.
Looks more like a guide on how to destroy yourself lol
