Somewhat unrealistic and definitely not your best work (your current Halo Reach project is before top standard) but still pretty good. My main concerns are 1: As many others have said, the stupidity of the soldiers in this kind of situation, and 2: I'm not really getting any connection with your characters. Of course, I suppose it's somewhat forgivable since this is a mostly combat-centered Halo thing instead of what I've seen of your blending combat and plot... Regardless. This is still good.

just some advice for the next one you make, I think that in a "combat situation" like that one, both sides would have their combat support, i.e. vehicles, prepared and manned BEFORE heading into battle, so the single banshee appearing out of nowhere is a little iffy, plus the marines running around helplessly and again, a single warthog. They would have that tank rolling and the other 'hogs out and killing if a situation like this did present itself to the highly disciplined UNSC.

Your Machinimas are really good but in my opinion they need more character driven plots. People just keep dying. there are no heros in the movie. You are good at building suspense in your videos but there is very little story line involved. Dont get me wrong. I really like your vids and im not trying to tell you how to do them. This is just my opinion and you do not have to take it into consideration when making future machinimas however i would like to see a more character driven plot.
