Great band. I worked as a flight attendant and they were great. Delayed at DCA to ATL. Michael Stipe was concerned about the guitars. They were and are people. I always knew that famous people are the same as unfamous people. The night before this flight I watched CNN and Michael Stipe was taking off several t-shirts he layered the he was wearing each with comments political comments such as, "Pro-Choice, PETA, Cure HIV and/or AIDS" etc. I believe it was the free Tibet rally in Washington, DC.
