This band is SO talented. Not only do they just play and sing very well, their lyrics are easy to understand, full of melody and even deeper in meaning. I would love to see MercyMe in person!
I love this song, but I also love the speech that he gives before they start the music. I believe that there are other things to keep them busy in Heaven, but that we will be reunited there one day as we are called up. :)
Awesome video - I see his love for Jesus just shining out of his life- I am looking forward to seeing Jesus face to face - am also looking forward to hugging my earthly daddy and my darling mummy once again - its been a long time since I have been able to hug 2 of the most precious people who have been a big big part of my life, who down the years were a magnificent witness for Jesus, I am so glad that they did see me come into a relationship with The Living God \o/

Im definitely a beliver but there are things I dont understand....In heaven this is supposed to be peace, love, enternal happiness, all the crap of this world gone...God gave us the gift of free will here, you can love him or not....What's going to keep me from sinning in heaven....If Angels can fall, and obviously they have......then why cant we? Is free will gone?

Actually there IS scripture telling us about our "cloud of witnesses". I'm 56 years old and I've only gotten to hear my cloud of witnesses once. There was clapping, yelling, whistling and cheering. I believe they are made up of righteous family and friends who have gone on before us. You can read about it in Hebrews 12:1 And what could be more important to a Father, after he has left pride behind, than tenderly watching a son gloriously unfold?
Yes, Bart is right, there is no scripture that says our loved ones are looking upon us from Heaven. However, I believe they are in a place of perfection that gives them the Grace to pray for us and love us from afar, which may include "looking down upon us."
I am not sure what Bart meant when he says his father has better things to do than look upon his son. I would think his father does look upon Bart with love and admiration for the man he has become, like Father God.
I believe with my heart that they aren't able to see us. I believe that God's glory will replace any worldly desires. I know that my best friend that died a month ago visited me that night, I KNOW HE DID, but I had a vision after his funeral of him walking away, with his hands in his pockets, and I never felt him again. I believe that he was watching, then departed to be with God...I can't wait to be there someday!! What awesome Glory!! :D
