This whole business of "whole grains" is just a fad; it makes about as much sense as re-electing Pres. Obama and it's advocated by much the same people.
This is something only left-wingers advocate in their passion to discourage America from buying products by big, corporate food processors; the number of people who refuse to view these junk videos speaks reams about their validity.
