plug your phone into your pc via usb once it recognizes it open a folder that shows the contents of your phone in windows explorer and delete what you dont want )add what you do want ie ringtones, pictures etc,,,,)

Would you say it is better than the LG shine slide phone?
Because I have the shine, and i don't like it.
The texting hurts,
and the scroll button is a pain in the butt.
