I don't know if this might help you guys out, but when I got a error all I did was sign out of my apple ID from itunes cause I was signed in. Then once signed out I hit authorize computer and re entered my e-mail/password and it said it was successful.

when i click on sync apps error > Are you sure you want to sync apps? All exisiting apps and their data on the iphone will be replaced with apps fom itunes library.
