So to bring back thai unity , They just need to kick all the thai governments out include kick viet blood abhshit out AND let the new college grate to run and elect to be the next PM and all new government members. This way the new attitude of the young or new generation will get along better.

And don't believe that Thaksin has the money to pay 1000 of people to go and protest in BKK, maybe the red shirts leader but the movement did not start with Thaksin incentives. These people are not stupid. They are calling for democratic elections in a country where a democratically elected government was ousted by military powers and other elites. Personally I would do the same if it happened to my country. I don't care if Thaksin was corrupt at least he was democratically elected and representative of the Thai people. The new government did not waste time in getting corrupted anyway, actually they were already corrupt to start with...

May I suggest you learn a bit more about Thai politics before assuming that this is a fight for democracy or a fight for anything other than Thaksin's money. Thaksin's party wouldn't even allow the other parties to hold political rallies in the north and northeast. Thailand isn't civilized enough to have democracy.

The Nation says that blue is the colour of the Bhum Jai Thai political party, but if you do an image search for Bhum Jai Thai, you won't find many photos of people wearing blue shirts. When the red shirts (UDD supporters) were disrupting the ASEAN summit in Pattaya, it was reported that groups of people tried to stop them, wearing "blue and other couloured shirts" (the Nation, May 19, 2009). Searching for "blue shirts" and Thailand will help you find out more.

PAD are scared to call for an election because they know they will lose, it was proven 3 times already. And PAD still not happy, keep saying they buy votes. No they won it by caring for the poor where no other party in the history of Thailand have done. Instead PAD put them down and call them dumb and stupid. PAD should be for all Thais not just the rich, than maybe than can win some votes through a democratic process instead of a military coupe.

PAD are an unelected group that got into power with the backing of the army and other "influential" powers. Sure the reds are not perfect - Thailand is a totally corrupt place - but it's only the reds that will do anything for the poor. Do you ever listen to what the Red have to say? Thaksin won through a democratic election. PAD and its party by force. Thaksin did so much for the ppr, he made them equals to the Hi So. PAD always claims that he bought them by votes? No buddy he did not give them money, he gave them hope. The poor part of the Thailand was developing rapidly under Thaksin effective programs, but PAD took over took it all away from them. So where is the justice, and you can see why the RED are angry.

I'm a foreigner who disagrees with the actions of the reds (disrupting the ASEAN summit, attacking the PM's vehicle, using the Monarchs name in vain, etc.). There seems to be a great divide in the ideas of the people of this nation. As a non-Thai who frequently visits Bangkok, my main source of information is from all the international news channels.

I would suggest those who disagree with the 'red shirts' to PEACEFULLY PROTEST by NOT USING TAXI SERVICE unless they can prove to not be red.

THaksin just wants democracy to return to Thailand, so that he can come back here to fight court charges in a fair manner and that the poor can rise against present dictatorship who are backed by tha army generals and corrupt government

. Many red shirts are willing to storm BKK and voice their opinions on their own. Almost everything (media, military, courts, etc) is controlled by the government, and the government is backed by the Privy Council.

When RED Government was ousted by the public, people have tons of solid evidences, ie. bankrupting Thai airways by allowing Taksin airline to take over Thai Airways flights, loaning government money @ very low interest to Myanmar project built by his company.What they have against Apisit?The ousted government said they found a picture from his wedding and they noticed that his bride was wearing jewelery that wasn't declared before he became the prime minister. The Reds were ousted by the military not the public. All Thai politicians are corrupt - everyone knows that - but at least Thaksin did something for the poor. There will be no justice in Thailand while PAD are in charge - the rich just look after themselves. To sincerely do something for some one, it(the action) has to cause one something. What did Taksin lose?Nothing, the money he spent belong to the tax payers(himself not included cause he often avoids paying tax).What did he gain?Favor from the poor. It's win win situation that I think an elementary school student can come up with such simple idea.
