The dyson airblade hand dryers were installed at my college recently and the college has saved over £10,000 a year in electricity bills . If the dyson airblade hand dryer wasn't invented , the college would have had to carry on spending loads of money on the old dryers.
i actually got burned from one of these at a theme park.. the older versions from the beginning of this video at least let you move away from the blower. but the dyson setup actually causes ur hand to be force to the side of the unit. it needs a guard or a heat pulsing device
The time has come for Free energy to be revealed ,But the powerfull Oil business won't alow common ppl to know this,Get the blueprints for a real Magnet motor free enegy machine at LT-MAGNET-MOTORdotCOM ,Free yourself!
I was in Japan in October of 2006, and these kinds of hand dryers were very prevalent. This is nothing new and innovative. Many I saw were made by Mitsubishi.
why would we need a machine just to dry hand rather than wipe it with pants? bacteria phobia? you;ll get healthir with it. today's technology got silly.
Since we want to be technical NO ONE ever invented anything, they simply discovered it. If they had invented it they would have had to generate matter from thin air, and since no one has done that it's all discovers. Happy?
I second lleapingllamas886 - this is old news. I hate the way Dyson goes around claiming to have invented this. To quote the end of the video: HE is something which has always really annoyed me!
@Ryoukun16 it does. air flow is so strong that it pushes your hands. i clean my hands thoroughly, but no idea what 100 ppl using it before me did:) when i used it for a first time i got splash of water from my hands on my face. i love dyson vacuum cleaners, but this was dissapointing. even if it dries hands really fast.
@orena11 Depends on the hands, I guess. Whenever I used them, I just follow the instructions and boom, it dries my hand without the supposed "jet wash" effect.
@orena11 it can't push your hands you weakling, the 400mph sheets of air come from both directions, so it won't push your hands and besides even if you did touch the dryer, who cares? it's not covered in shit! people have just WASHED THEIR HANDS before using it. and don't even bother saying someone could have not washed their hands properly, because it has an anti-bacterial casing...
Well, it DID push my hands. Perhaps because I'm a lady:)
1.I don't like to be pushed around:) or touch anything in a dirty place 3.Liquid soap is less efficient then ordinary 4.Perhaps everyone presume dryer is clean so.. nobody will clean it in ages or will, using same cloth as 4 WCs 5.There are vapours from open WCs around ('dirty washroom air'-remember?) 6.'Anti-microbial coating' active for 5 years? A miracle like carbon footprint?..
The shamelessness of this cheeky guy may be overtaken just by Tony B-liar and maybe by the old and pervert lady ! There is about a 75 years old patented invention of Coanda ,the genial Romanian inventor ,father of Jet Aircraft (100 years ago). The bagless vacuum cleaner is also a stolen invention from Coanda.
man that is absolutely awesome! lot better than the regular hand dryers.

I always wanted to put my penis in one of these, but I'm not tall enough to do so. I wonder if any other readers have encountered a similar dilemma?

@mak0t0san Just looked it up, it's called the Jet Towel
With every "new" product that Dyson comes up with, I keep losing respect for him.
