First I would like to say great video; I do have one question, what type of microphone system you used? I finishing up my x10 home project but I wanted to use it multiple rooms. Again thank you the great video.
can you help us? because we're doing our thesis project about voice controlled the home appliances? what were the device you had used? please reply as soon as possible.. thankss..... :)
Yeah... you could do a one room setup. Cost thats hard to figure. Every device controlled requires a device to control it. A basic setup would be a little bit more than $100 would be my guess.
Sure! I use X10... an old and well know powerline control for lighting.. and such. A guy named Bill wrote a tiny little (donation supported) software that "talks" to both my X10 interface, and the MS (built-in) speech recognition. You can read more... and try a free DL at: wgjohns(dot)com
Great job! Is there any chance you can tell us what parts you used and how you did it-kinda like a step-by-step? What it took to plan it out, etc? That would be really great....
