  • You should visit Mac in San Antonio, tx- our biggest thing in choir is BBS tags and overtones and a Capella- you get the idea. I enjoy your videos and hope to see more, maybe some original tags that you got the words to from personal experiences. Props, and looking for more!

  • @twily2here There is pitch correction in this video, clearly. But Simon doesn't claim otherwise. He actually uses it very well to make the chords ring as much as possible.

  • HOW DO YOU DO THAT!??!??!!?!?!?!?!???!?!??!?!!

  • 34 second post holy shit.

  • @twily2here I think you missed the point

  • Mr F Lee, youre tags iz sounding good,

you might find that some vibbrato, tasteles cheap digitally

synthesised reverb and pitch correction will improved it and

    future multi-tracking,

Also youre voice is sounding terrible, I hope you have a cold.

  • Also it's clear that you don't have those low notes and are simply

putting them down the octave digitally, you should get better

software for doing this. Personally I use *insert home-made

    sounding software brand here*.

If this is really the best you can do, then I will continue to

patronise you and you should probably sell your voice on ebay for

your own sake, but don't expect anyone to give you much for it.

Once again, overall, souning good. Thankyou for trying.

  • @ElCapitanoDeBasso shut up. you have no ear if you think that he tuned down the bass digitally... you are just stupid.

  • - sincerely, average know-it-all youtube-commenter-noob who should

    learn to spel.

If you liked this mock-youtube comment, you should forward it to

an unreasonable number of other multi-trackers (whether you do or

don't know them personally). If you do not ravens will come in the

night and peck out your larynx while break-in-and-enter

multi-tracking ninjas will use your equipment and spoil all your

settings and leave your microphones with herpes."

  • @ElCapitanoDeBasso hahaha probably won't do that, but you got my attention =)

  • BRAVO! Encore! MORE! (Houston, Texas, USA salutes you!)

  • duuuuuude. you gotta do another tag, or post some form of singing. it's been over half a year!

  • hahahha. that a boyy. i love how all your videos are swaying at the same time but different ways lol

  • Nice job Simon. Always fun to hear your new tags!

  • WOW!!!!

  • what kind of mic do you use?

  • my good

    ness this was pretty awesome

    nice hightenor part

  • January 12th? In Sweden? "Late at night" would be anywhere from about 2PM to about 10PM, right? :-)

    Great job as usual!

  • Ack! I meant 10AM!

  • So this was the tag that launched your four or so penultimate chord experiment videos?

  • Did you really hold that post for 34 seconds? Amazing.

  • Are you Guys Quads ? you sure look alike... hahahaha. Great job buddy. Had goose bumps throughout the whole tag. Would love to hear your take on "That tumbled down shack in Athlone"

    SPEBSQSA

  • Haven't been by in a while- what a treat. You really are the best!!

  • Thanks! Good to see you again!

  • Way to go, Simon! You really did a fantastic job, especially on the hanger! :-D

  • everytime I hear your sound I get goosebumps, the chords ring.

  • PS Simon I saw your picture in the Harmonizer this month lol

  • Great job! Have you tried doing it with the Westminster Chorus's altered penultimate chord? That one chord change makes it into a whole new tag!

  • @COMALiteJ I totally agree!

  • You're ridiculous FineyLee!!! Awesome work!!

  • Wow Simon. Gosh, I'm not sure what to say. You've done such a great job!

Question, is that G post near your break. It falls directly on mine, but I'm guessing your break from chest to head is around an E... a bit lower than mine. Thoughts? PS, flying into/out of Nashville in January?

  • Thanks Mike. Actually, this is pure chest voice. My head voice kicks in somewhere on a loud Bb.

I'll be flying from NC to St Louis to Florida and then home... so no Nashville unfortunately,,,

  • @FineyLeee woo! st. louis!

  • @aohgirl Hehe are you someone I've met? Elizabeth?

  • @FineyLeee haha no. im gabi.

  • nice post

and the bari sounded particularly epic on the last chord =)

  • can you get any better? I don't know what to say any more.

    "Cool"?

  • nicely done, as always!

  • Ahhhahahahahaa

  • whats so funny?

  • We both posted the same tag on the same day.

  • Simon clearly WINS! FineyLeee is the king of the multitrackers. So much better than everyone else!

  • Holy crap 33 second post. Way to go!!

  • hmm That was 35 second !! good stuff but I agree with LeWoVoc about the flat bari...

  • BEST. VIDEO. EVER.

  • Thanks Simon! It's a great tag, and you nailed it! Steve will love it! :D

  • nice. i know steve, and he will enjoy it.

  • As in everything you do, great job!

  • The bari solo seemed to end a little flat. Was there a theory reason I'm not aware of?

  • Great! I'd love to have heard that bass slide down to F before he hit that G on the final chord instead of hanging on that C. I know that hanging on the C is the way it is written and the way Joker's Wild and Vocal Spectrum do it. But I love the Westminster Chorus version as well. Great tag man!

  • i agree with sgtsonny!!! I prefer the Westminster Chorus version!

  • amazing as always!!!

  • One of my favourite tags and sung amazingly. Nice one.

  • Nice post!

  • Nice tag, as always.

  • The chord progression at the end of the tag makes you think its gonna go HIGH... but then dissappoints by going back down.

  • Love it!
