@highliter97 cool aint it. i didn't know they made a movie there. right there in down town Eufuala. i wonder.....just in case im unaware.....do you know if they made any films about or in clayton?

The scene where Reese Witherspoon is driving down Eufaula Ave. was filmed July, 2002 on a Sunday. The police shut down both sides of the street while the movie people did there stuff. That was the only scene in the movie filmed in Eufaula. The director wanted to film the entire movie there but was unable to locate a suitable farm house for the numerous countryside scenes. Threfore most of the movie was filmed outside Atlanta.
