Game masters are for the most part people wich enter in game not to repair problems or bug, but only to do funny things, i'm from Hakkar and everytime i call him by a ticket to resolve a problem he say, yes ok i'll report this and bla bla bla but don't do anithing! I hate gm's of Hakkar because when a player had stolen to our guild a rare mount, Midnight from Karazan THE GAME MASTER don't do anithing! and the thief it's free. :(
