the word ahlal sunnah was first introduced by king haroon ur rashid abbasi in his khilafat. actulay after karbla there was two groups of islam, shian e ali and shian e mua'viah, haroon rashid gave the name ahlal sunnah to the shian e mua'viah because the name shian e mua'viah was sham full name. From that time so called ahlal sunnah called sunnis, and the followers of prophet Muhammad (s.w.w) and Ali (a.s) are called shias. According to me its only a mathematical conclusion that shiite is increasing after revolution. @foenvy1 the caliphs of abbasid and ummayads were not shias but they were allowed to change the religion. they did whatever they want and get away with it. thing is sunnis are more confused then shias. in the battle of saffein and battle of the camels- all shia would be with Hazrat Ali(as), can you tell me who you would be with?? would you fight Ali(as) and Imam Hussain(AS) or Hazrat Aisha, Talha and Zubayr. my point- you don't even know who you would follow- so called rightful calipha or Aisha!

the word ahlal sunnah was first introduced by king haroon ur rashid abbasi in his khilafat. actulay after karbla there was two groups of islam, shian e ali and shian e mua'viah, haroon rashid gave the name ahlal sunnah to the shian e mua'viah because the name shian e mua'viah was sham full name. From that time so called ahlal sunnah called sunnis, and the followers of prophet Muhammad (s.w.w) and Ali (a.s) are called shias. And what r Ashabs? just the slaves of Muhammad (s.w.w) and Ahlal bait.

According to me its only a mathematical conclusion that shiite is increasing after revolution. But i would rather say that shiite was and is the largest and the most accurate and complete faith surrounding any subject or any field of life. And the reason that why they were silent and suffered as they were treated as minorities is the same as our Maula Ali(a.s) did for so many years i.e. waiting for the right time. He kept his lips sealed for good and didn't raise his Zulfiqar.

@WARDGL my brother i wrote many times these things previously in the lots of the youtube videos which about the shia muslims. i'll write again, firstly our shias (for instance im a caferi which are the follwers of the imam Cafer-i sadık (a.s)) don't adored the Hz. aisha, omar and abubakr however we never cursed them (exept for some exaggerated person). ıf you read some respectable shia scholars you will notice this truth like Ayetullah Seyyid Muhammed Hüseyin Fadlallah (May he rest in peace)

If a Sahaba kills the Prophet's Grandson, do you think the Prophet himself would not kill that Sahaba if he was alive? These hypocrites who say that "making takfir on sahaba" are enemies of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) because they take sides with those who have killed his family! Common sense tells us that if you harm the Prophet Muhammad's family, you are not his friend and hence you are not a friend of God. I came to Islam through the Salafi and Sunni path...but Shia feels like the truth.
