  • this is a wonderful workout. do you like lifting weights and using weights better than cardio? Is lifting more effective for weightloss in your opinion? And whered you get the barbell bar to do squats?

  • @MittBritt20 I do WAY MORE weight lifting than cardio. Cardio is important for fat loss, but weight lifting is the fountain of youth. It will change your body in amazing ways that cardio cannot. I got my barbell at a fitness equipment superstore in Toronto. It also came with a set with plates.
