I know exactly what im talking about, and have the physique to back it up, you are either a fat fuck who sits on the couch, 13 years old, or like most people, someone who has never seen results lol. The main reason to not lock out, as in the purpose of the exercise, is to keep stress of of the triceps. Anyone with decent knowledge knows that. One of the secondary reasons is to keep joints healthy, but everyone knows that already, self-explanatory Einstein. What a dick.

  • @chadley6916 dont think that those werent hard because he didnt do full ROM. This way keeps constant stress on his muscle. Its a stretegy not lazyness

  • at the end full reps are done because you are tired and the higher you go the easier it is to hold the weight.

  • Ain't no point in going all the way up fellas. Stimulate, not annhilate. A big guy once said that;). Going to the very top is great if your powerlifting, but it takes tension off the muscles, and how do you muscles grow again? Constant, progressively increased tension is a biggie.

  • if i cut my range of motion...probably more reps i suppose.
