but i think my favorite scene was the forbidden friendship

second favorite is probly romantic flight, though. so much was said and understood between all three of them with NO words. it was amazing. especially astrid's understanding, it just came without words, and i loved that. well, i'm sure a ride on a dragon as magical as astrid's would make me fall in love too ^^

I LOVE THIS MOVIE!!! I've only seen it once though :( I don't know what's got me hooked on it like this, one of the reasons is probably because *TINYSPOILER*of the realistic somewhat sad ending to the movie*ENDTINYSPOILER*

Another reason is I love dragons. I felt lonely in the theatre cuz I had to go alone, during the previews anyway. If my friends had been with me I woulda forgot em as soon as the movie started. Lol I was also the only teenager in a theatre full on munchkins and aduls :P

Sorry I removed my comment by mistake but what I was saying was that all the books have the same characters except Astrid but she was never in the book series in the first place. They added her for the movie. :) They were great books and I highly recommend if your a big HTTYD fan. :)

They made a second book in the actual book series called How To Be A Pirate so I'm sure with this film's success they are making another one.
