I understand the Idea behind the music quality some people are working too hard on figuring this out it's supposed to be funny. I noticed that the music background themes are of the quality of cheesy 70's-80's technicolor drama's and shows

Yeah, the music is great...its nice and cheesy. I was thinking more along the lines of the actual dialogue audio. Grindhouse has that old school look with old school sound...but it still sounds good and the VOs and Dialogue sounds great and its easy to listen to.
