Nice video, 2! I found myself wondering if my intitial responses are to be considered emotions or imperatives. Two emotions for the rest of my life, eh? I say happiness and sadness. I need balance; I need to be rational. To be perpetually happy would be like being strapped in a heroine chair. I'm sure it would feel great, but it's not productive. Sometimes I shouldn't be happy. There is suffering and harm in the world (mine and others') that I must appreciate if I intend to relieve it.
I would choose contentment and sorrow. Contentment to help give my day a sense of serenity and focus. Sorrow to help give me a basis of understanding the pain others may feel and help empathize with people around me to the pain I may cause them. In turn helping me prevent causing pain and supporting my own contentment.
Though I think it would be sad to only have two emotions because it seems so monochromatic in a colorful world.
I think you're a fucking nutcase.

Wonderful "experiment" I can totally understand how that influences your mood!! Will try tomorrow!
As soon as you asked the question I picked Joy and Compassion.
My best moment today: being home alone tonight, no kids no husband. just hangin' out with me! What a treat!! <:-))
Love your videos and thoughts!

Yikes - I can't pick just two.
But this sounds like a fun, healthy exercise.
Perfect question @ 2:41 ...I love when the answer is no.

Awesome. I'm gonna try this today, too.
I don't know the difference between feelings and emotions. Is there much of a difference?
