Well I haven't tried to break glass yet. I'm afraid that the force of my power is too strong for that; and glass can and will splatter everywhere and that includes my eyes and face.
What do you do to get in the zone? Are you pushing or pulling? Do you hold your breath? are you straining? How do you compare that to moving a book, a soda can or a piece of paper?
