For My Pain is essentially a super group formed by Tuomas from Nightwish, the vocalist from Reflexion, several members from Eterntal Tears of Sorrow and one of the guitarists from Charon.. they've only released 1 album to my knowledge and they often postpone any albums they may state will be released, because they all have bands to attend to.... of course you can find info like this on Metal-archives or even wikipedia now..

@Avradizimir listenig to music overseas ive heard some great music,but countries are so different in what they push.i do listen to pop[dont kill me],but i do prefer symphonis metal music.the metal place is finland with bands like nightwish ,tarot,relexion,northern kings,charon,katra,stratovariu­s,sonata artica ,the rasmus[some people say they are metal and some dont],and ari koivunen is very good.norway is 2nd with epica,delain,leaves eveys,withinin temptation.

Although I like some heavy metal (eg Iron Maiden), I generally tend to go for symphonic/ melodic metal/ rock, with folk influences, such as Nightwish and Within Temptation.

The only symphonic band that I know of is Angtoria and Sarah Jezebel Deva, but I'm more into black/folk/pagan metal and we have some great bands that fall into this category. If you like more melodic folk, I'd strongly recommend Forefather, they're probably our best; check out Wudugast, Miri It Is and The Golden Dragon. Awesome.

dunno exactly, but "for my pain" was a project of some of the single metal bands artists for example some dudes from edguy, stratovarius, etc. as i heard ... no guarantee!

They made some huge songs like "queen of pain" and "rapture of the lust" some of my all time favs! <3
