this reminds me alot of that game were you play as dinosaurs that shut bubbles out of there mouth don't recall what it's called. It also remind me a bit of the classic ICE Climbers game.

This second boss reminds be of the pokemon Baltoise with litte bits of frog pokemon like Pollyrtoad and Crogogo.
