Scar and Mufasa were the only fully-grown (and therefore breeding) males in the pride in the beginning, and a lion will run off other males (even their own sons) from the pride when they are of age. Scar slept with all his females, and picked the one he liked most. It's almost a direct guarantee Kovu was Scar's kid. And because I can't see selfish Scar picking another lion's cub to be his successor. =)
@BoredomBrat It's a Disney movie. You can't read into that deeply, they don't work like that. Besides in the Broadway version of the Lion King Scar wants Nala and no one else to be his queen, but she flats out rejects him and it was that which pushed her to seek help outside the pride lands.
I would give all the stuff I can as a "adult" if I get reset time to 1994 where I was born and enjoy my childhood once agian. I feel old. I would give alcohol, driving cars, sex and laides, EVERYTHING to live my childhood agian and undo things i'm not happy about

Dang, I remember back in the mid 90s as a kid I'd ask my mom to connect the radio outside and put the Lion King soundtrack on while I was playing in the swings in my backyard. It motivated me to swing so high; I felt like I was flying. Man, I wouldn't trade my childhood for all the money in the world.

@zetter344 The movies from the past became memories. They just are a part of my past, and should be of many others. The stuff they make now just isn't the same. It's all money-making, the quality is gone. I do still love the old movies. I don't love the newer ones. Even the really old ones are better quality (Dumbo, Bambi).

@zetter344 The movies from the past became memories. They just are a part of my past, and should be of many others. The stuff they make now just isn't the same. It's all money-making, the quality is gone. I do still love the old movies. I don't love the newer ones. Even the really old ones are better quality (Dumbo, Bambi).

crap wasnt done yet stpuid touch screen....either way what i was goin to say that even though #2 was cute the first one would always be better in my opinion! i just happened to like the characters better, especially simba and his "cant wait to be king" nlw that song really makes me happy =] then again this is coming from a person that would literaly see the movie three timess a day!!!

I like the First. Loved The Second. Liked the 3rd.
Loved the setting of the first.
Loved the songs of the second.
Don't really care bout the third but it dose focus on tamons and pumbas side of the story aking it good.
