So well explained thanks for breaking down the different spins. I feel like I can get those palm spins now. A whole new world of face smack sweeeet :P
thank you once again for your wonderful tutorials. i appreciate that you are so real in your videos, a very relatable, human vulnerability to it. I admire that hugely!
I am living in Panama for the moment and in a place where there is piss poor internet. Is there a way you can create videos for iTunes podcasts so when I bring my ipod music down to the beach with me, I can also learn from you at the same time!? That would be aMAzInG! much love, keep up your fantastic work :) -allie
@ehbcside Thank you for your kind words. I have been trying to figure this out since I got your letter. It's new to me but I am learning about it. Hopefully I will be able to do this podcast thing in the near future.
You are so lucky to live in Panama. I have heard nothing but good things about it. Perhaps I'll get to come there and teach one day, maybe even do a retreat!, and then we could hoop and play together. I'll keep you updated on the podcast thing. Wish me luck!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you! I've seen these moves so many times in performances and it's impossible to tell what they are doing because it happens so quickly. Thank you for making this tutorial and reall breaking down each trick. :)
this video is great! i hope inspiration strikes soon for your creative blocks, but periods of rest and creative plateaus are necessary before you move on to something even greater. thanks for sharing :]
Thanks, Caroleeena. I've been playing with the palm and hand spins for a while, but this is the first time I've seen a tutorial for the egg beater. I appreciate your taking the time to shoot and post it. :)
I love the egg beater one! I always thought it was an actual flip. That really clears things up for me. I actually have a tutorial on the hand flip thing you do at the end, if anyone wants to check it out. Not to step on your toes or anything, Caroleena. I'm a HUGE fan of you (and your crazy birds) and get a lot of inspiration from your videos. Thanks for posting. : )
Yayyyyyy! (I only miss the bit of "playing around" that you usually do at the end of your tutorials....) I like that last one, that's a new concept for me. I'm good at rolling the hoop over the back of my hand with the hoop vertical (in the "framing my face" orientation) and my horizontal, palm down, but this with the hand starting vertical - gotta try that!

@HipHempHooper That's great. I would love it if you'd post your tutorial as a video response.
