Dennis Setzer was robbed. He had the most dominant car all day but officals and track promoters didn't want him running away with it again. They said all day single file restart with 10 to go and they failed to do that. then they considered him involved in the last caution and put him in 3rd instead of back in the lead. If he was involved why didn't he go to the rear? he should have been back in the lead for the last restart b/c the cautions occured 5 secs after he was bumped by morris

if you watched clip cleaerly you would have seen york and mcall pass setzer b4 phillip spun out as far as dbl restarts i didnt care for them either too many good cars wrecked

Yea i know they got passed him but officials considered him part of the caution. that would mean he would be sent back to the rear not 3rd.  and if he wasnt then they restart the restart.

well they didn't actually throw the caution until a number of cars had crossed the line, maybe they considered that to be a completed lap. I can see what you're saying though, if it had been earlier in the race they probably would have lined them up like they were on the previous restart attempt.

I remember when ESPN would even cover this event. Back then though it was the Taco Bell 300.
