heres how to eat balut: first, put it on the table and let it settle.the end that goes a bit higher is where you crack it. if you see a bit of skin after you open it a bit, remove it. then suck out the soup. afterwards, crack it a bit more then start eating. dont worry about a bit of feathers. then, if you want a bit more challenge, you can eat the white " rock" at the end. tastes great with salt( except the "rock)
