@csakal18 I don't know much, but I do know that if you want to get through BUD/s, you sure as hell have to want to be a Navy SEAL and only a Navy SEAL. I suggest you research each and every special warfare group you named and decide which suits you best.

@TheCrazybearxD contact them and ask, or look at the site. Don't listen to the answers of YouTubers, they will often be incorrect. Thee are some guys in SoF wearing glasses, but they may have been allowed because they were already operational. I know Eric Haney got into SFOD-D with glasses, but that was in the 70s.

Contact them and find out.

@DevilFrog0915 yeah ik the waiting part sucks. im not sure but i think that you can go to BUD/s before you finish the Marines. the Marines is a branch of the Navy so i think you can just go to BUD/s in the middle of your term. i would have to ask a recruiter about that though

@DevilFrog0915 u shouldnt just go in right after high school. try taking a little more to prepare, or trying the extreme SEAL experience which is like a week long that a former Navy SEAL Don Shipley runs. it gets u prepared for BUDs or at least to know what to expect

I hate how all these people say they're going to be SEALS and shit, but the don't even prepare. News flash people...The new PT average for BUD/s now is about 90 push ups, 90 sit ups, 1.5 mile run in 9:30, and the swim in similarly great time, that means that you need to get to those standards, better if you want a sure shot, to even be considered for BUD/s...Everybody goes to BUD/s expecting to not quit, do you think you are the only one? If you really want to be a SEAL ou need to train everyday

@adparks014 What I'm going to be doing is called "Warning Order" its a 15 week program that seems pretty good, but at the end add some more stuff. Incorporate sets of 100 flutter kicks, V crunches, Planks, after you reach your 6 miles a day in shorts and shoes trade them in for boots and fatigue pants and try to pace yourself for 7 minute miles. Once 6 is east at 7 minutes ( it wont be) try for lower. Run on beaches, tread water, DO NOT ATTEMPT DROWN PROOFING!!! PERIOD! Swim, swim, swim & swim.

@ARMA365 To become the best, you have to train hard. SEAL school is the most selective SF school you can get into in the US Military. So yes, I am going to train for 2 years. Some people train for even more then 2 years, even as many as 10 years just to GO to SEAL school, not even make it through. It is that physically demanding.
