I already commented a while ago, but I just revisited this and was reminded why I love this game so much. 12 is probably forever my favourite FF game, largely thanks to both Fran and Balthier (I get tired of all my buddies who who keep shooting 12 down. They can keep their FF7 and stick it ^^). This game was way more epic and this video catches the complex relationship and dynamic of these two wonderful characters :)

Aside from your usual flawless execution concerning all things technical, the voice overs were utterly captivating in both their timing, altercations, and quality. Just how DID you manage to eliminate the background music to the point of ... debatable existence altogether?

Thank you very much! How did I? Well it wasn't all too dificult. The real problem was forming sentences or even words. Like the part Balthier said 'Don't', that one word alone was made up of two audio bits, since whenever Balthier used the word 'don't' in the game, it would be said too fast that it became formed with the next word.

Heh, I guess in the end, dedication is how I did it all. Thank you once again.

Your masking and technique is really good, but I think some of your choices (like with scenes and stuff) was a bit questionable. One thing that really stuck out as being "wrong" with the rest of the video was the edited in phone on the table. You put it in there well, but it sort of pulls the viewer out of the video and into something that's more AU than the rest of what you have.

Thank you! Youre right actually, the phone is definitely out of place like and I could've done without it. But quite honestly, the reason I added it is because I am the very comical type, and at the time I could not resist adding a quirk. It was not my attention to make it seem like an AU, but now that you've mentioned it, it does have me thinking. Perhaps it may seem a bit too odd to some people. But thank you very much for your input.

I think some of the airship stuff at the end was a litlte misplaced. When it was just quick cuts earlier in the video for some movement it wasn't too noticeable, but it seems to get a little heavy at the end and it's hard to understand why? Maybe that's just me.

Ah I see. I like to add final scenes from game to the end of my MVs (in this case the final battle with the airships) to give it a sorta sense of ending, though I refrained from doing much of that in this video compared to my other ones. Another thing I like to attempt to do is make things seem like in chronological order to the game, attempt being the key word but I also refrained from doing much of that in this video.
