  • These are amazing. The best way to start these is to do them on a flat rail. You still need decent balance to do that but it's much easier than what he's doing. That's just beast.

  • that actually sounds like a great idea but i always forget cuz i just want to bring water and my keys lol, i need like a note pad on my shoulder, im also still trying to get to the point where i can do half of these workouts lol

    What excercieses i could use the best to streghten my joints and tendons & stuff for my knees?? cause i overused them a little since I didn't start safe when I began practicing parkour and now I'am injured, the doc could only say I overused em :\ and I realy want to go on where I left ( in a safe way )???

  • just keep practicing. just like everything else, balance comes with practice.

  • I don't know about this but a tip to do catwalks is to really grip the bar, if you begin to lean one way to much just increase your grip on the opposite wrist and roll it forward as if your accelerating a motorcycle, hope that was of some help
