@ImaLanger Of course I wouldn't ignore it!! :) I love Irish people haha!! You're more than welcome, it's always good to hear something a bit different. :)
An eminently atmospheric portrait, Mike, of a time and a place which cannot be erased from precious memory. Music can be an event, a journey, a transcendent trip beyond the tangible....and you take us there in splendid fashion. The dreamy, transparent majesties offered here are reminiscent of the high production values and gifted set design of the cinema masterpiece, "Casablanca." Just as Hal Wallis and director Michael Curtiz bring a great screenplay to life, so do you add color & dynamics!

Hello there! Thank you so much for sending me this video! Your playing is beautiful - and you appear to be a lovely person. "Moon River" and "Tammy" brought a tear to my eye. They are such beautiful songs and you played both so tenderly! Your love of music comes across here - and your warm and sentimental heart. Thank you again for sharing this with me! Best of luck! -- Ken
Mike, I never lack the inclination to listen to you - only the time most weeks! These are two of my favourite songs - ah when I was young Mike!!! My favourite version of "Moon River" is by Connie Francis - do you remember her? Then "Tammy" remains one of my favourite songs of all times. Thanks for brightening my day! Terry.
@terrygrif - Oh ay! I remember Connie, and of course Tammy was sung by Debbie Reynolds. But even before them, my love was Deanna Durbin (but don't tell anyone!)
@accrag Hello to Somerset!! Thanks for listening. 'tis a good time to buy a s/hand FR-7 as the new FR-7x is now out (far too expensive as far as I am concerned, and not really a lot of change from the FR-7). I am so happy with mine. Good luck. I shall have a look at your channel tonight - I do like the sound of your accordion, do you play through an arranger?
Hi Mike,Your Professionel Playing,of keyboad and Bass enhances the capability of the Rowland,You played beautifully,With feeling,Which came over from the accordion and yourself,A close knit combination,Wonderfull to see and hear,With my best wishes your friend,Hal.
Ahh, so relaxing. I actually listened to this at 1:30 am, it did make me sleepy, in a good way. Sounds great without the martinis. While I've never had breakfast at Tiffany's, I have actually played Monopoly at the corner of Boardwalk and Park Place in Atlantic City! (Just a bit of trivia :) . I liked the clarinet voicing you used in Tammy, it suited it well.
Hi Mike, I like the way you play Moon River. My husband also has a Roland Accordion and it has an amazing range of sounds. Greeting from Australia, Vonnie
A beautiful and soulful interpretation, Mike! You breathe some breezes of creative life in these inspired Mancini classics, embellishing these tunes with deeply felt responsiveness, artistically imaginative registrations, and that inimitable expressiveness which we have come to value in your lovely and majestically quiet playing. One senses rivers of emotion running along the currents so ably given voice here, as if we descend upon a more poetic and graceful landscape, a moment of dreams Glenn

@jimgansett Thanks Jim, where you played Monopoly, is that where the song "Under the Boardwalk" comes from?
