She's doing it the worst way possible, constantly looking down and thinking about the jump itself. The easiest method is to look STRAIGHT at a fixed point in the horizon, get counted down and JUST JUMP.

The longer you wait and the more you think about it, the harder it gets!

Jumping is scary, but as the guy in Video suggested Don't think just Jump. Believe me it's worth a try at least once. It takes a few days to come out of the exp. For a day or so, while walking, I felt my next step is that step when I jumped. This exp thrilled me for days. It amazed me how I could do it. Kudos to the girl if she did Jumped after all...
