I always feel Rafi was so good that by singing a composition with such high notes, he would risk damaging his vocal cards but not allow a less-than-fuller justfication to the best style a song could be sung. That's why we must applaud him even greater! Isn't it Doc?

Naushad sahab ki aik bahut achi khoobi thi kay wo old multi-tracks sambhal kar rakhtay thay. Rafi kay last years mein unhoo nay puranay tracks say aik stereo album create kiya jiski recording kay dauran ye waqiya hua. Obviously Rafi kay liay apnay hi-pitch songs ko dobara usi strength par gana easy nahi tha last years mein. BUT HE DID IT. Its a lovely album in audio. One or two clips are on youtube where Rafi is singing under Naushad.. from same album :) I have it somewhere in my stock as well.
