Now when you use gel like that, do you wash later on the following day, or do you go a few days between washes and wear the style for a few days? I notice my hair is dry and normally co-wash daily. I see your hair is well moisturized. Do you clip/dust your ends or did your hair grow out pretty much evenly? My hair seems to be longer in the back and short on the sides and top, looking like a wedge! I will check out the site! Thx!

.....Caster oil, jojoba oil, olive oil, coconut oil or any sealant containing mineral oil, lanolin, or petroleum on your hair without moisturizing your hair with a good moisturizer FIRST which doesn't include those 3 bad ingredients I listed above. You can also use water and glycerin on your hair to moisturize also.

Also, to help thicken the hair, you can apply jamaican castor oil on your hair. But, this is supposed to be used as a sealant after you moisturize with a water based hair moisturizer like: Elasta QP mango or S Curl. The sealent helps to seal in the moisture so NEVER use a sealent like:

But, in order to keep that length from breaking off, you should moisturize your hair. Keep it moisturized AT ALL TIMES. This will help you maintain the hair you've grown thus allowing you to grow your hair long like BBB, Rusticbeauty, Kimmaytube, and many more like them! But, you can still buy the growth aids if you would like to speed up the results.

In fact, my dad's wife is a loctician and she uses it sometimes to do starter locs and to refresh the locs! So, I would say no...but like everything, use it in moderation, b/c you never know long term effects! lol
