Yes, I saw the video again and you do mention the papillary sling suture to hold the graft in place. Thanx for the reply though.

Hey, Just wanted to know how the alloderm graft stays stable without actually passing the suture through it. And of course great video as always with good post-op results.

@drprashantnanda the initial sling suture does pass through the AlloDerm. That one I call the interpapillary suture vs the marginal suture which does not pick up the graft.
