Venezuela and China just made a oil deal. Venezuela is looking for technology transfer of cellphones and computers manufacturing from China. Now where was USA? We couldn't offer the deal? Ohh that's correct we couldn't refine enough oil for Venezuela because GWB was busy trying to shutdown oil refineries to jack up our domestic oil prices.

Remember kobe earth quake in Japan? SKorea offered to help which would have been a great help since they are able to reach Japan quickly.
