  • I love this man!

  • Well done, Dr. Hawking!

  • When he smiled at the last question, I almost cried.

  • He always inspires, and now this machine voice is his world wide trade mark.

  • I love that smile he got when he said 'women', it's nice that he can at least still smile.

  • poor!! its impossible not to laugh at him!

  • @felipe3942

    no its not.

its possible to not laugh. i dont laugh, i feel sorry for the man.

Hes the most smartest, cleverest man in the world, he is amazing.

    Hes up there with einstein.

  • I can't believe there are actually people in the world who think they know more about the universe than this guy, just because they've read the bible.... It's just insane...

  • love that women comment LMAO.... hawking kicks arse

  • aw what an amazing guy

  • "women" he is one funny sun of a gun! LMAO

  • Great man

  • I still don't understand him. What is his disease, i thought he was fully paralyzed and couldn't smile, and how doe she talk

  • @JohnSheppard339 he is a man smart one

  • @JohnSheppard339

Was reading comments, noone properly answered you. He has Amyolateral Sclerosis aka Lou Gehrig's Disease. His whole body is paralyzed, save part of his face. He is mechanically hooked up to his computer and wheelchair. He operates them by twitching his remaining functional facial muscles. He can focus his eyes, blink, operate the cursor on his computer/voice box and breathe; that's just about it. But his intellect is still intact.

He seems like a nice guy, too.

  • @5jerry1 thanks. that makes sense lol

  • @JohnSheppard339

And he's in even worse shape these days than he was when this interview was filmed. People often die within a few years after being diagnosed with this, and he's had it since the early 1960's. I really don't know how he's hung on this long.

  • @5jerry1 he's probably made some sort of treatment and is keeping it secret...or he doesnt have it and has been lying for 50 years lol

  • he's a great man. Only I wish I had his brainpower. I too wonder a great deal of things, I just don't know how to solve them out. =[

  • stephen hawking just tested him at 6:13 to see if he would laugh and he fell in his trap

  • Hawking have actually a very good sence of humor!
