I will keep this in mind. Sometimes their service is not so good for the home either. They want maximum money from you but give you minimum service. They worship the two-faced god Janus as do politicians.
I'm not posting this video to endorse any other service providers or to give any advice or promote any other company. Only to share my terribly poor personal experience with COMCAST business services. This is the worst experience I have ever had with any provider and they don't give a rats, wait till you have an issue and you will find out.
I'm with one of their competitors and have had absolutely no technical issues with them, other than some pricing changes they have made, that is not in their contract. Sorry I wouldn't name any company name on here, because I don't want to endorse anyone that you have to chose by "who is less bad". Customer service by large corporations is lost in their P&L statements. I would recommend no one ever sign a 3 yr commitment which is what they are wanting no. SAY NO! 1yr only
I am curius of something,i have comcast now and i truely wish to leave it before i am kicked off of them for bandwidth usage..but my question is...what service did u swtich to that you have no problems or no such issues that you had with comcast.Please lemme know,i didnt hear u say it in your video.thanks andm hopefully u respond back.
CHECK THIS OUT. I have a work order from Comcast that I did not sign. It does however have a signature where the customer signs. It appears that the installer or someone else signed that wasn't authorized to do so. Under the artilcles of the LLC, I'm the only authorized signor for the company. I've sent a certified letter to Comcast to find out who authorized the signature and who the installer was. Isn't that called forgery which is considered FRAUD by Comcast?

Just try and get help at one of their local help/service centers.
yeah! -- I know comcast has taken a ROYAL DUMP all over the world of Cable and Internet. They are just horrible!
