I don't have a belief that it has anything

to do with the tranmission of current thru

wire. I have more of a belief that it is

the transmission of wireless energy of

off grid. The future of energy is wireless

to power and homes n businesses. I believe

they are experimenting and testing this

If you shoot footage of objects in the baking California sunshine, you'll see lots of these 'kinetic energy fields'. The object gets hot. The air closest to the object is also heated, causing refraction of the light around it.

Look for some other dark objects around and film them in the afternoon sunlight. ;)
