i have a different version, its D, G, and A7. its so easy! we learned it in guitar class.

yeah the actual song has C and A7 mixed in depending on what verse you are in, i just eliminate that A7 becuase you can just play a C instead and sing it the same as the first verse.

My suggestion would be Knocking On Heaven's Door - by Bob Dyland covered by Guns N Roses. 3 chords - or 4 if you want - G, D, C (and Am if you want). Everyone knows the chorus and the chords are easy for a beginner. One of the first songs I ever learnt and one that I still play when I pick up any guitar. Good luck.
