  • if you cant stab, try practicing stabbing into more of your pelvic bone area or ur hips it should become easier and easier THEN try practicing the windmil, practicing windmil without the correct stab will result in pain.

    ps im 94 kg and i can do it

  • yo, hardwood is so much better to do mills on than carpet...way less friction meaning you can spin alot easier and stuff.

    but if you're just starting mills, i recommend you do them on carpet with a thick jacket on. you're BOUND to screw up alot and slam your hips/shoulders when you first start out, so minimizing the pain early on will help you alot in the future (which i learned the hard way..)

  • umm , i mastered my 1 lap windmill , im practicing very hard to let my legs offf the ground , it needs practice when u come to the second lap ouch hard , keep it up guys

  • because if you don't collapse it and you just leave it under your body when you mess up, your body will crush your arm.. (itll collapse the "other way".) Or, a reverse arm closing..which means you bend your elbow backwards .. which really hurts.

    also when collapsing make sure you swing your legs really hard in a circular motion

  • I don't understand what exactly your problem is... but it seems like you need to get your feet to straighten out?

    Then type in search: "backspin tutorial mexispice" .... He teaches you how to stretch those legs and how the motion of the windmill works in his backspin tutorial.

    Keep legs up high, and try to keep your hips off the ground after pushing off.

    But that's all I can do... I find the initial step way too hard : P
