okay imm ganna make what you have done, chosing a 2 stroke engein over a 4 was very smart because it will give u shit load more exsleration and speed but doesnt it burn your leg as u have it where ur legs go not at the back of the bike
Tell me about your jackshaft configuration? Is that bicycle chain on both sides or bigger chain on the engine side? If so where did you get a shaft that would take larger chain on one side and bicycle chain on the other? I can't find one. If not, where did you get the gears attached to the clutch? Is that the original works inside where the pedals used to be?
(As we drive), The left side chain and sprockets are taken from an old motorbike. Attached with custom work....
On the right side now there have been modifications to the stock system. There is the bicycle's stock chain BUT the front sprocket is taken from the back of a BMX, and the back sprocket is the big front sprocket from this bike. Pedals are removed. You can tell me your email to send you some detailed pictures
The keystart (or key switch) is from a regular motorbike like Honda GLX or Yamaha townmate etc.....
Go to your local motorbike aftermarket parts store. There you can find one for 5 euros (about 7-8 $ u.s.)
It has 4 cables. When it is switched to OFF the two of them are connected and when it is switched to ON the other two are connected. There you can install the engine's kill-switch cables and that's it!!
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!
